While strapless gowns have reigned for years, one-shoulder, and even more off-shoulder and cap sleeves are taking over. “Our brides are not as interested in strapless gowns and are requesting some type of arm and shoulder coverage,” confirms Yvonne Chadwick of Bridal House of Charleston. “Brides are moving toward showing less skin and more conservative, classic styles paired with illusion backs.”
