Legare Waring House

When Raleigh, North Carolina-based couple Jess and Patrick McGraw set out to plan their wedding, a destination elopement felt like a fit for their travel-loving personalities. Wanting a romantic adventure (and a locale they could return to for anniversaries), they chose Charleston for its unique beauty and bustling food scene. With the help of Pure Luxe Bride, they designed a wedding day made for two without sacrificing style in the least. The ceremony, held at the Legare Waring House, included an after-party for two with a white buttercream cake and a champagne toast. As for the savings from the wedding? That went toward a dream honeymoon in Italy and Greece.
