Stephanie and Jason originally met in their hometown of Columbus, Ohio. After a first date at the Columbus Zoo to see the Christmas lights, they eventually moved to the Lowcountry to live. While visiting family in friends in Ohio for the holidays, Jason surprised Stephanie by getting down on one knee in the snow right before the ball dropped on New Year's Eve. The two are set to tie the knot in June 2020 in their hometown of Columbus, Ohio.
