Checovoia & Josh | Magnolia Plantation & Gardens

Tennessee natives Checovoia and Josh have Tinder to thank for bringing them together. His famous first words to his eventual sweetie, “You look so happy!” And from seeing all the smiles shared at their Magnolia Plantation and Gardens wedding, it all makes sense. The bride and groom thoughtfully planned out every detail for their Big Day, and even incorporated many a do-it-yourself element to the décor. This joyful spring day had a light and airy feel filled with unique touches, like a vintage Oldsmobile, vintage lounge and a chandelier, and a live painting. Artist Haigan Gandy did not disappoint as Checovoia asked that her brother be included in the painting, since he is now in his Heavenly home. His presence completed the painting and we bet he was felt around the bride all day long. To end the celebration, the newlyweds climbed into Josh’s truck and drove into the night to their mini-moon at The Inn at Middleton Place before heading back home to Knoxville, Tennessee.
