Nick swiped right on Kate in early 2016, inviting her to a chilly Citadel baseball game for their first date. The couple spent six years exploring the local F&B scene together, often accompanied by their black Labrador, Sherman. On a drizzly evening walk, Nick popped the question in a side yard of the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist. The two became husband and wife during a small ceremony at the courthouse with immediate family, followed by a cozy dinner at 82 Queen, right down the street from their home in Harleston Village.
