Given it encompasses about five trends in one lovely package, this is one hard-working gown. For starters, the Jim Hjelm creation sports the crystals that everyone's nuts over, and yep it's got a bloom, lace ribbon details, and a touc of the tulle does indeed overlay the sweetheart neckline.
