While their pals were busy chatting at a bar, sparks flew between wingman Eliseo and wingwoman Claire. Following a three-and-a-half-year courtship, Eliseo proposed on Christmas Day during a ferry ride from Maryland (where Claire’s parents live) to Virginia (where his family resides).
