Originally from Albany, New York, Morgan met Nicholas at a friend’s pool party in 2019. Discovering a shared love for dachshunds, the two spent countless dates walking their pups around the Lowcountry and decided to move in together a few days before lockdown in March 2020. On a Sunday morning in September 2021, Nicholas took Morgan for brunch at Park & Grove and a stroll around White Point Garden, where he dropped to one knee. The couple, who reside on James Island with their beloved pooches, Socrates and Maple, were married at the Country Club of Charleston, hosting a reception in the ballroom.
