Scott, who was born in Virginia but considers the Holy City home, met Terri, of Summerville, through a mutual friend who worked at Scott’s bar, the Griffon Pub. After dating for two years, Scott popped the question on the corner of Queen and State streets, the location of the couple’s first kiss.
