After dating for only four months, Charleston natives Sarah and Stephen spent a year and a half commuting between South Carolina and Georgia for Stephen’s Atlanta-based job. In 2014, Stephen popped the question during a snowy hike up Amicalola Falls, the tallest cascading waterfall in the Southeast. Following a ceremony at St. Matthew’s German Evangelical Lutheran Church, the wedding party rode rickshaws to a reception at The Carolina Yacht Club. The Chaplins honeymooned in Costa Rica.
