A blind date between Florida native Kariann and Wesley, who hails from North Carolina, led to a two-and-a-half-year courtship followed by a proposal on the top floor of a hotel overlooking Chicago, where the couple lives. The pair married and celebrated at Lowndes Grove Plantation.
