Following a blossoming romance, Charles proposed in the Azores where they were celebrating Shannon’s 30th birthday. The couple, who live in West Ashley, were married by a friend at the historical George Peabody Library in Baltimore, the bride’s hometown, holding a romantic reception with loved ones.
