McKenna Schwartz & Corey Edwards

October 1, 2016

After being paired to walk down the aisle at their friend’s wedding, McKenna and Corey immediately knew they would be walking down their own aisle someday. Since they only were able to date long-distance for a year and a half, the two spent their weekends in the outdoors. During the James Island Festival of Lights, Corey incorporated McKenna’s love for the holidays and proposed under the twinkling Christmas lights. The wedding took place at John Wesley United Methodist Church and the reception was held at Hyde Park Farm & Polo Club in Ravenel. McKenna and Corey currently reside in Raleigh, North Carolina, where she is a youth director at the YMCA and he works for UPS.
