Lindsay Hulsey & David Berry

March 30, 2019

Lindsay and David met three years ago at Southeastern Wildlife Exposition, and have gone together each year since. David surprised Lindsay by proposing on his boat, and they celebrated with family and friends at Bowens Island. To honor a Lowcountry tradition, the couple buried a bottle of bourbon on the grounds of their venue to ensure there would be good weather on their big day. Not a drop fell on their wedding under Legare Waring House’s avenue of oaks, nor during the reception at its nearby lagoon.
