Laura Winslow & Bucky Parks

March 25, 2017

After being hired to work at her favorite Wednesday night trivia place, Boone’s Bar, Laura was invited to attend a bonfire where she met the love of her life. After their first date at 39 Rue de Jean, she instantly knew Bucky was a keeper. One evening, while waiting to meet their friends for dinner, the two ventured to Sullivan’s Island, where Laura started collecting seashells. Once they ran into the perfect conch shell, Laura found a handwritten note that said, “Will you marry me?” inside. Many happy tears later, they celebrated with champagne and their friends. The ceremony and reception were held at Middleton Place and they currently live in Mount Pleasant.
