Medical professionals and avid Hokie fans, Jennifer and Steven, met during their freshman year at Virginia Tech. They began dating the following year after Steven finally gathered the courage to ask Jennifer on a date. Eight years of courting, five higher-ed programs, four annual Christmas vacations, three relocations, and one dog later, Steven made it all worth it on Christmas morning when he presented Jennifer with the greatest gift of all–a marriage proposal. After months of careful planning, the bride and groom married at the Cigar Factory’s Cedar Room. The couple now resides in Columbia, South Carolina.
