Hunter was sporting a seahorse costume at a friend’s Halloween party when he met Abby, who was dressed as Kimmy from the Netflix show The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt. Their shared sense of humor and positive spirit has only grown stronger; every anniversary means a Dairy Queen dip cone and Blizzard, just like their first official date. One night while stargazing at Pitt Street Bridge and indulging in ice cream, Hunter popped the question.
