Ryan Lile & Alexandra Bathon

August 15, 2015

Four months after meeting Summerville native Ryan, Boston-born Alexandra jetted off to Australia for an 11-month volunteer program. Having kept in touch despite the distance, when Alexandra was back in the States a few months later for a family reunion, she flew to the Lowcountry to visit Ryan and stepped off the plane to find him waiting with a sign that read “The Most Beautiful Girl on the Plane.” The couple began dating that weekend, and two years later, they wed at St. Luke’s Chapel then celebrated at the Cigar Factory.
