Matt Rocker & Erika Fields

March 19, 2016

Though Matt and Erika started as not-so-friendly coworkers at Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts (Citadel grad Matt says he wanted to keep things professional), a few group hangouts after hours led to a first date and, subsequently, a five-year courtship. In fall 2014, Matt proposed on the Pitt Street Bridge during the Massachusetts couple’s annual vacation to Charleston. The duo exchanged vows at Magnolia Plantation and Gardens before welcoming 70 family members, friends, and Citadel alums (ranging from the classes of 1965 to 2005) to a reception there.
