Brittany, a makeup artist, was working as a hostess when she met Zacheriah, a member of the U.S. Navy, in 2014 at O‘Charley‘s in Summerville. A year later, he proposed to her on a cool April day while on a walk on Isle of Palms. The ceremony took place in Hampton Park before a reception at the downtown Embassy Suites. The pair now reside in Groton, Connecticut, but are excited to move back to the Lowcountry in 2018, when they‘ll also enjoy a belated honeymoon in the Caribbean.
